The Executive Director's primary responsibility is to direct affairs of the DuPage County organization under the authority of the Board of Directors. Works with the Board to develop and implement strategic planning that guides it to achieving its mission. Serves as the face of the organization to the outside world at fundraising events, area meetings, industry events, industry training events, etc. Keeps the organization current with trends in fundraising and networking. The ideal candidate will have held a leadership position in a human service nonprofit organization or be an experienced gift officer ready to undertake a leadership position.
