Meet Our Speaker: Jim Osterhout, Vice President John Drake and Associates (JDA)
Built on the integrity of Jim's father, JDA is a family business that started as a small staffing augmentation service. Jim has been with JDA for over a decade, starting at the ground level. Through hard work, he made his way up from the help desk to the company's vice president. In 2007, a longtime client asked JDA to manage virtually all their IT needs. From that request, JDA evolved into a trusted, practical, and well-rounded solution to IT management, helping over 10,000 users. Jim stays grounded in his dad's integrity and convictions.
