Program Description
The “land of the free and the home of the brave” – the American ideal described in our national anthem – is not the experience many people have in our workplaces. Those experiences are often more aptly described as the “land of the disengaged and the home of the fearful.”
Current chaotic conditions – the pandemic, working remotely, economic challenges, systemic racism, lack of diversity and inclusion at all levels in our enterprises, work/life balance challenges, etc. – have created the possibility for a radically redesigned Human Resources function, leading a revolutionary reimagination of workplace conditions, resulting in “People First” cultures, that FOCUS on unleashing your potential, with the productivity and financial stability being the outcomes.
REARCHITECTING WORK . . . Unleashing Your Potential will provide key insights regarding the 10 rearchitecting work design principles that are the foundation for this approach. You will also gain insights into the unprecedented impact a radically redesigned HR function could have in your organization.

About the Presenter
Dianne is a Human Resources professional who combines her communication and relationship skills with organizational and human development expertise to create the conditions that support the unleashing of the potential of an organization’s team members. Her breadth of expertise allows her to create strategic plans, comprehensive infrastructures, efficient processes, and holistic systems that drive an organization’s success.
Dianne’s strategic and human-centered leadership approach results in cultures of empowerment and inspired accountability. Individuals are confident and competent, as they authentically and collaboratively unleash their purpose and potential in the fulfillment of the mission and vision of the organization.
Prior to launching Possibility Partners.org, Dianne served as the Chief Possibility Officer at YWCA Metropolitan Chicago, where she was able to lead an “everybody matters” culture transition. A key component of that culture was Possibility Partner bi-weekly, one-on-one conversations between team members and their team leaders, as a replacement for the annual performance review process.
Prior to the YWCA, Dianne held various HR positions within the Public Relations industry at multi-national agencies such as Ketchum and Fleishman Hilliard, as well as a wide range of entrepreneurial startups. Dianne began her career in customer service and operations management with Deluxe Check. She received her BA from DePaul’s School for New Learning and subsequently completed a mediation certification program at DePaul.
She has developed a blueprint for a workplace paradigm shift from a focus on performance management to a focus on unleashing potential that is contained in her soon-to-be-published book, Rearchitecting Work . . . Possibility Partners Unleashing Potential. The importance of business results does not change, but HOW those results are achieved is radically altered.
