It can also lead to disengagement and burnout. Often, we don’t realize the impacts of stress as we’re living through it.
In this session, we’ll help you develop habits that increase your ability to manage stress and build resilience.
You’ll learn simple things you can do in the moment to change your attitude and see the positive side of stress. We’ll examine the health benefits of compassion, gratitude and mindfulness, and practice them in the session.
