PRC is seeking candidates for the role of Annual Giving Manager. As a member of the Advancement team, the Annual Giving Manager will manage and implement a successful annual and mid-level giving strategy for donors and prospects, as well as a business relationship program. This role will manage all direct mail and digital giving strategies, as well as manage a mid-level giving portfolio. The Annual Giving Manager role is a full-time position, and the office will be on our Wheaton campus, with the expectation that the candidate filling the role will have presence at our Westmont location, as all as in the local community as needed.
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$68,000.

Some of the duties of the role include:
- Plan, manage, and execute solicitation for annual fundraising initiatives, including managing all monthly renewal and upgrade strategies for current donors
- Manage all direct mail strategies to ensure the best results possible, including message, content, and segmentation, including all upgrade and retention strategies, utilizing the analytics available for maximum success
- In collaboration with the Community Engagement Coordinator, coordinate all digital and email donor appeals
- Identify, qualify, and manage a portfolio of assigned annual donors and prospects with capacity and potential to give between $500 and $2,500, with goals to renew and upgrade giving, utilizing the donor’s inclination of giving, connection to the organization, as well as preferences for solicitation Continuously identify prospects, create offers, create renewal and upgrade strategies that will be used with current and lapsed donors and prospects to secure gifts, utilizing the input of the Volunteer Department Manager or program leadership as needed
- Plan and execute new donor initiatives, including research of key communities and direct mail activities
- Oversee and conduct stewardship activities and other donor cultivation and engagement activities for the mid-level individual giving program

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
· Minimum of three (3) years of successful fundraising experience with experience in annual and mid-level giving preferred
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
· Commitment to PRC’s mission, values and community focus
· Demonstrated commitment to collaborative teamwork
· Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with donors
· Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM databases (preferably Raiser’s Edge)
· Existing knowledge of the DuPage County community and philanthropic landscape a plus

Inspired by social justice heroes like Martin Luther King, Jr., Dorothy Day and Jane Addams, founders Dorothy McIntyre, Father Tom Peyton and a group of volunteers sought to do more than start a local food pantry.
With a team of over 2000 volunteers supported by 48 employees, PRC offers free emergency needs assistance and educational programming. Our emergency and basic needs services include food assistance, clothing, financial assistance, homeless prevention services, and referrals for medical and dental care. Job search assistance, adult basic education and literacy, computer training and access, and art enrichment equip individuals with the tools and resources they need to build stronger futures.
